About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Supply Organization, you will be responsible for leading replenishment planning and execution across multiple geographies.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain guidelines for assortment management and seasonal demand variations. You will analyze pharmacy sales, consumption, and stock movement data to create replenishment models and forecast requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenishment Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement replenishment norms and frameworks that balance availability with working capital efficiency.
    • Analyze sales velocity and product criticality to inform stocking decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as stock-outs, fill rates, inventory turns, and expiries.
    • Provide actionable insights to country supply chain and operations teams to improve availability and reduce waste.
  • Process Governance:
    • Monitor adherence to defined replenishment norms and highlight exceptions.
    • Drive standardization of replenishment processes across geographies.
  • Collaboration and Business Partnership:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align replenishment strategies with business objectives.
    • Serve as the central supply chain 'control tower' for last-mile pharmacy replenishment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail replenishment, or distribution analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/Power BI.
  • Understanding of pharma retail compliance is desirable.

Work Environment:

  • This position requires an office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites and suppliers.
