Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support senior designers in developing collections for kids and men's wear.">
  • Create detailed design sheets, flats, and tech packs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.">
  • Conduct trend and market research related to Indian value fashion.">
  • Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure cost-effective designs.">
  • Maintain design archives and seasonal inspiration boards.">
  • Assist in photo shoots, catalog preparation, and visual displays.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.">
  • 2-5 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in value retail or mass-market fashion.">
  • Proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.">
  • Understanding of Indian fabrics, silhouettes, and customer preferences.">
  • Ability to design for tier-2 and tier-3 city consumers.">
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.">

  • Basic knowledge of garment construction and sampling.">
