Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing walk-in customer queries, coordinating with local authorities, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Cash Collection and Record Maintenance: Collect cash from customers, record transactions accurately, and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Liaisoning with Authorities: Coordinate with local authorities to resolve customer issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Trade License Renewal Coordination: Oversee the renewal process for trade licenses, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
  • New Broker Empanelment: Facilitate the onboarding of new brokers, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and are fully integrated into our system.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Process Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with company processes and policies.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed targets for key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, sales, and other relevant metrics.
  • Service Camps: Organize and participate in service camps at branch and non-branch locations to enhance customer engagement and retention.
