
High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager to join our organization in a dynamic role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and top-tier clients (TPPs), providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets for assets under management (AUM), customer base growth, and banking targets by developing and implementing customized financial solutions that meet client needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of CA, trade, and forex, as well as asset products such as current accounts, overdrafts, term loans, and export finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, insurance, or retail relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AMFI Certification.
- NCFM Certification (optional).
- CAIIB.
- IRDA.
- Sales and influencing skills.
- Banking product and process knowledge.
- Relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Communication.
- Knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry.
