Wealth Management Executive

About the Opportunity

This is a high-profile role for an experienced professional to lead a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in wealth management, providing end-to-end advisory services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building long-term client relationships, delivering revenue growth, and maintaining a deep understanding of investment products and wealth planning strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
  1. Nurture and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  3. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Wealth Advisory & Solutions
  1. Advise clients on a wide range of investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  2. Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation
  1. Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  2. Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
  3. Leverage existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  1. Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations, maintaining transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  2. Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to established policies and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high-net-worth clients in key regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
