The Role

We seek an experienced Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of sales and marketing expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads through organic marketing campaigns, identifying potential clients across various online channels and social media platforms.

You will need to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets. In addition, you will be responsible for managing freelance platform profiles, crafting compelling proposals, and pitching to secure new projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation through organic marketing campaigns. Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels and social media platforms.
  • Freelance Platform Management: Expertly navigate and bid on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to secure new projects. Craft compelling proposals and pitches to attract and win new clients. Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and generate leads. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates and feedback on client interactions and project statuses.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Sales, BDM, Bidding, and Upwork.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
