Wire Bonding Expert

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the development and optimization of wire bonding processes in India's first OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) company.

We are seeking an experienced Wire-Bonding Expert/Senior Technical Manager who can contribute their expertise to our pioneering semiconductor packaging ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and validate wire-bonding processes using gold, copper, and aluminum wire.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and design tooling/window clamps for efficient operations.
  • Train and guide local teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as the subject matter authority for all wire-bonding issues, providing expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in wire-bonding, preferably in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
  • Strong process + equipment troubleshooting expertise, with a deep understanding of the 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method).
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with international best practices and industry standards.
