Seeking a Technical Specialist to lead technical aspects of Workday HCM module implementation, integrations, reports, and customizations.

The ideal candidate will design complex integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.

  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements.
  • Ensure data security and adhere to best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant, focusing on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
