Drive Account Growth as a Business Development Manager

  • Develop strategic initiatives to expand revenue footprints and drive account growth.
  • Nurture relationships with enterprise accounts to maximize lifetime value.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and implement solutions to improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth & Nurturing:
  • BUILD DEEP RELATIONSHIPS: Establish strong connections with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • ANALYZE USAGE PATTERNS: Continuously monitor and analyze customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Retention & Satisfaction:
  • ACTIVELY MANAGE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Proactively address customer concerns and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • SOLVE PAIN POINTS: Identify and resolve customer pain points to prevent churn and increase loyalty.
Churn Management:
  • IDENTIFY CHURN RISKS EARLY: Monitor customer behavior and identify potential churn risks early on.
  • ADDRESS ROOT CAUSES: Proactively address the root causes of churn to prevent it from happening in the first place.
Maximize LTV (Lifetime Value):
  • ENSURE ONGOING CLINICAL VALUE: Ensure that customers continue to see clinical value from our platform over time.
  • MAXIMIZE COMMERCIAL VALUE: Identify opportunities to increase commercial value for our customers and implement solutions to achieve this goal.
Cross-Selling & Upselling:
  • INTRODUCE NEW SOLUTIONS: Introduce new modules, solutions, and upgrades to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • UPSSELL AND CROSS-SELL: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to customers and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
Engagement & Outreach Programs:
  • PLAN DOCTOR MEETS: Plan and execute doctor meets and other engagement programs to build relationships with customers.
  • TRAINING SESSIONS: Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on the use and benefits of our platform.

  • PERSUASIVE INFLUENTIAL: Possess the ability to persuade and influence customers to adopt our solutions.
  • EXTROVERTED APPROACHABLE: Maintain visibility and build easy rapport with customers to establish trust and credibility.

Required Experience: 6-8 years in Healthcare business development, Hospital account management, Pharma, or Specialized Diagnostics. Must have handled hospital/clinic accounts and managed multiple stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health, or B Tech with healthcare exposure. MBA in Healthcare, Marketing, or General Management is an advantage.
