Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial operations manager to lead our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. SAP CO, MM & FI system knowledge is essential for this role.
  2. Budgeting and forecasting skills are required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  3. Maintaining cost records and ensuring compliance with auditing standards is crucial.
  4. This role requires leadership skills to manage a costing department independently and make informed decisions on make or buy options.
  5. Analyzing product-wise costing and margins is necessary to provide insights for control measures.
  6. Material recording and valuations must be accurately controlled.
  7. Costing data analytics is required to guarantee data accuracy for financial reports.
  8. Audit and compliance management is essential to maintain financial integrity.
  9. Transfer pricing and segmental financials expertise is desirable.

This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing insightful recommendations to support business growth.
