  • Establish open communication channels between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances or other issues effectively
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring diverse talent acquisition
  • Maintain a high-performing team through employee engagement, motivation and preservation
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive business outcomes
  • Nurture a culture of inclusivity and respect
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout human resource management

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a senior HR professional or executive
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics
  • Expertise in HR systems and databasesAbility to craft and execute HR plans along with leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices in human resources.
