Key Responsibilities
  • A comprehensive role involving business planning, product development, and market analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of product costing, fabric, and trim expertise.
  • Improving buying margins for our brand.
  • Introducing new raw materials, including fabrics and trims.
  • Optimizing cost for products and managing assortment planning.
  • Understanding competition brands in Personal care and FMCG.
  • Collaborative partnership with stakeholders, including sourcing, production, planning, and PD teams.
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing for category growth.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Personal care and FMCG background.
  • Packaging sourcing background.
  • Familiarity with category management for relevant categories.
  • Understanding market dynamics and sound business judgment.
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
  • Comfortable with figures and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
