  • Familiarity with Workday integration development
  • Solid understanding of Workday core concepts
  • Detailed knowledge of business objects and relationships between PBO and RBO, as well as usage of Calc Fields
  • Prolific hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations
  • Detailed understanding of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports
  • Preferred candidate with experience using Workday Extend
  • Strong coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Detailed understanding of AS-IS and To-Be functions for given requirements, and prepare documents, write test cases
  • Ability to communicate and articulate technical information effectively
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex operating environments
  • Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment successfully
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
