Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level support and consulting services for Workday users, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.

Key responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Workday integrations, as well as partnering with various teams to understand business requirements and facilitate configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules, experience supporting Workday integrations, and familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.

In addition to providing functional and technical support, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with data modeling, developing complex business rules, creating reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting system issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
  • Familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields
