Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our team. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering design of structures in compliance with industry standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil and structural engineering.

  • Prepare foundation, steel structure & concrete structure designs calculation in compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform analysis and design using software like Space Gass, STAAD Pro, SACS, Tekla, E3D, or S3D.
  • Solid understanding of Australian Standards (AS) and international codes.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare civil and structural drawings, specifications, and design calculations.
  • Calculate loads and select structural members based on forces and service demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 14-18 years of experience in structures engineering.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil & preferred master's degree in civil/structure engineering.
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to the detail.
  • Familiar with working in a LEAN environment.
