Senior Contact Center Technical Strategist

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the implementation and support of contact center solutions across global concierge centers.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in VoIP, SIP, AudioCodes, and contact center solutions, with a focus on cloud migration, standardization, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support contact center rollout and implementation.
- Standardize telephony configurations across sites.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and maintain telephony components (gateways, servers, SIP).
- Administer and improve contact center platforms.
- 5-7 years of experience in contact center implementations and support.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, ACD, telephony trunks, and AudioCodes.
- Experience with cloud migration and contact center solutions.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The role requires a high level of independence, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
