Accountant Position

A seasoned Accountant is sought after to maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely statutory filings. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance, proficiency in Tally ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders for compliance.
  • Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation for export transactions and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent (M.Com/CA Inter is an added advantage).
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication in English
