Job Description

As a seasoned Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of 15-20 resources. Your primary objective is to drive the team's performance, ensuring delivery of consistently superior quality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to independently handle transitioning of new procedures. You should also possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in MS Excel and presentation software.
