Job Title: Technical & Presales Support
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical & Presales Support professional to join our team at Trijit Technologies PVT. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with sales teams to develop and implement cloud and datacenter solutions for customers.
- Present proposed solutions to customers and prospects, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Build relationships with sales team members, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
- Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements.
- Conduct demonstrations of technology products to medium/large audiences, tailoring them to specific customer needs.
- Articulate the value proposition of products and concepts, mapping customer business requirements to solutions.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights, sharing them with the technical community.
- Design solutions for enterprise services, including managed services, IT infrastructure, messaging, and application sizing.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Unix technologies, as well as licensing, OS, clustering, and high availability architectures.
- Good grasp of databases, storage technologies, virtualization, and consolidations.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, including VMware, HyperV, and DC-DR solutioning.
- Knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, and SIEM.
- Mail/messaging experience, including Exchange, HMC, Zimbra, and Qmail.
- Exposure to infrastructure sizing for SAP HANA and other SAP applications, as well as virtualization and cloud technologies, and databases.
