We're looking for a tech expert to manage our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain servers, storage, networks, Wi-Fi, and VPN systems.
  • Troubleshoot user issues with computers, software, printers, and connectivity.
  • Manage system updates, security patches, firewalls, and antivirus protections.
  • Run regular backups and ensure reliable recovery processes.
  • Handle user account and access management.
  • Setup and maintain hardware.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with system security and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with user and identity management systems.
  • Backup and disaster recovery management.
  • Hardware setup and troubleshooting
