Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) to ensure stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability, to optimize operations.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes to prevent data loss.
  • Automate administration tasks using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security, and identify potential issues.
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix to provide real-time insights.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations, improve communication, and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies to ensure secure access to systems and data.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and reduce errors.

Requirements

Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of server management, including Linux, Windows, cloud, and on-premise environments.
  • Experience with administering AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure environments, including scalability and high availability.
  • Knowledge of security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes to prevent data loss.
  • Proficiency in automating administration tasks using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools.
  • Ability to monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Skills in conducting periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance.
