The role of Treasury Executive is pivotal in overseeing the company's financial flows, banking activities, and trade finance processes. This individual is responsible for handling key financial instruments, ensuring seamless fund management and optimizing liquidity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash Flow & Fund Management:
  • Manage daily cash positions to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Coordinate with banks for timely fund transfers, forex transactions, and interest optimization.
  • Monitor and report on company cash flow and working capital needs.
Trade Finance & Banking Instruments:
  • Process Letters of Credit (LC) end-to-end, ensuring timely issuance and closure.
  • Manage Post Bill Discounting (PBD) and Supplier Bill Discounting (SBD) to optimize working capital.
  • Oversee Bank Guarantees (BGs) and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Negotiate cost-effective trade finance solutions.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in trade finance activities.
  • Maintain records of LCs, PBDs, SBDs, and BGs, ensuring audit and internal control compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for bank statement reconciliation.
Relationship Management:
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for smooth treasury operations.
  • Align treasury operations with business requirements through collaboration with procurement, finance, and accounts teams.
  • Support credit rating reviews and financial due diligence.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare periodic treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, bank position reports, and trade finance summaries.
  • Assist in preparing strategic treasury insights and board presentations.
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making on fund allocation.
