Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain. They will also coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, maintain accurate records, and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
