Job Title: Senior Construction Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in piling techniques, load-bearing structures, and construction materials.

  • Candidate must have at least 3–4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in piling techniques.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  2. Support senior engineers in preparing technical documentation, including piling logs and BBS reports.
  3. Conduct field surveys, soil investigations, and coordinate pile load testing to identify potential issues.
  4. Verify materials and equipment required for piling works and ensure their availability on-site.
  5. Maintain accurate records of piling and other activities, and prepare daily progress reports.
  6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  7. Support planning, micro-scheduling, and resource allocation for piling and civil works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Knowledge of piling techniques, load-bearing structures, foundations, construction materials, and methods.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
