Seeking an experienced Civil Engineering or Architecture recruitment professional to drive our team forward.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, coupled with exceptional sourcing and screening abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select, shortlist and present high-calibre candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, resume screening, interviews and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in a reliable database system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
  • Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent understanding of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills and terminologies.
