Area Business Manager - RAD

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for assigned customers and potential customers in the territory.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal personnel and collaborate effectively.
  • Promote Bayer products and present recommendations for product introduction to customers.
  • Participate in local organizations to stay informed about industry issues.
  • Organize educational programs for institutions and customers, such as mini-STAR and H&H Day.
  • Analyze market and competitive information to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels at the distributor level to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales volume for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and update annual sales forecasts.
  • Formulate and recommend strategies for achieving business plans for key accounts and the assigned territory.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to stay connected with customers and industry peers.
  • Stay agile and continuously learn to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Provide application specialist expertise for the region as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree or diploma in Radiological Diagnosis or a relevant field. Non-degree holders with 3 years' diploma experience in Radiology must have equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an application specialist with Contrast Media and/or Radiology.
  • Experience handling routine CT and MRI procedures, multi-phasic dynamic contrast studies, and dynamic contrast angiography for aorta and peripheral vessels.
