Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative: Funds to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in the area of asset and cash transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding asset and cash transfers. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Closely Collaborate with Back Office: Work closely with our back office team to manage and resolve securities-related queries from clients globally. This includes systematic follow-up to resolve pending transfers, settlements, differences, and breaks.
  • Support Operational Functions: Provide operational support to our Securities/Global Custody team, focusing on Settlement (clarifications and follow-up on Settlements completion). Ensure query resolution till completion within agreed service levels and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement: Commit to a culture of continuous improvement, centered on client service excellence. Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and behavior.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree (Bachelors) required.
  • Experience: Previous client service experience within the financial and security service industry, preferably in the area of Settlement (Securities transfers of all kinds) and/or Cash transfers / Or MBA apprenticeship with a finance profile / or three years of Inbound Client services experience in the International BPO industry for banking/finance process.
  • Skill Requirements: Passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products. Can-do mentality with proven ability to increase client satisfaction and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, motivated, self-directed, and driven (always staying up-to-date and improving).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (any other European language is a plus).
