Job Title: Senior eLearning Developer/Manager

About the Role:
This is a leadership position that oversees the creation of interactive and engaging eLearning content. The ideal candidate should have expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • eLearning Development: Lead the design and development of complex and interactive eLearning modules using various authoring tools. Create multimedia elements, including animations, simulations, quizzes, and assessments. Customize eLearning content using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to meet project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into compelling eLearning content. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and instructional designers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple eLearning projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and project goals are met. Plan, organize, and track project tasks, resources, and timelines to deliver high-quality eLearning solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of eLearning modules to ensure functionality, usability, and accessibility. Implement feedback from stakeholders, instructional designers, and quality assurance teams to refine content and improve the learner experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 6-9 years of experience in eLearning development, with expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience in developing SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing complex eLearning projects.
  • Experience with multimedia development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of gamification, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or other emerging eLearning technologies.
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) and designing for diverse learners.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for eLearning customization and development.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Superior project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
