We are seeking a skilled Strategic Campus Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a crucial role in managing the campus hiring processes for MBA campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Key Stakeholders- Campus Champs/ Recruiting Directors and Campus Co-Ordinators for various Campus events
  • Sourcing and Screening of Resumes (1st level short listing)
  • Finalizing Panels and logistics for all Campus Events- Pre-Placement Talks Dinner & PPT Event Final Recruiting Event
  • Creating and maintaining the campus budget for all Campus Cycles
  • Meeting the target numbers for the respective cohort
  • Issuing the offer letters to all the selected candidates- Ensuring the letter issued is as per the company norms
  • Ensuring the acceptance and receipt of the acceptance copies within the stipulated time
  • Communication to the support staff - (HR, IT. Staffing, CDC etc) on details of the new joiners
  • Managing database for all shortlisted and offered candidates
  • Ensuring the ATS is updated at all points in time
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR domain, should have prior campus recruiting experience
  • Experience in a service industry preferably in Management Consulting
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel
  • Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
