Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer issuance
  • Utilize Naukri for job postings, Boolean searches, and candidate sourcing
  • Coordinate walk-in drives and maintain recruitment trackers
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in operations or tech hiring
  • Strong understanding of Naukri and job portal management
  • Regular graduate degree (BBA/B.Tech); MBA in HR is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Location: Work from office, 5 days a week
