Amazon Connect Developer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to join our team at Miratech. As a key member of our technology development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows, custom call routing solutions, and integrating with AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Amazon Connect contact flows using DynamoDB, Lambda, and Lex Bots.
- Design and implement custom call routing solutions using routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, hours of operation, and holiday routing.
- Build and manage custom logic with AWS Lambda to enhance contact center performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developing Amazon Connect contact flows using DynamoDB, Lambda, and Lex Bots.
- 1+ years of experience in designing and implementing call routing using routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, hours of operation, and holiday routing.
- Experience in developing custom logic using Lambda.
- Programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Node.js, or Java Lambda.
- Knowledge of Java with AWS Lambda APIs.
- Experience with development and version control tools like GIT, GitHub, TFS, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, CloudFormation, or GoCD.
