Job Description:

As a key figure in driving visual and aesthetic direction, you will lead the creative team to develop and execute innovative concepts that meet high standards. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to generate bold ideas, articulating creative vision to clients, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Leadership: Develop and maintain the visual language across campaigns, ensuring cohesion and impact.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with writers and strategists to craft campaign platforms rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Client Collaboration: Present creative ideas to clients, offering strategic rationale and building trust through clear communication.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers, promoting creative excellence and continuous learning.
  • Executional Excellence: Oversee production workflows, ensuring creative integrity is maintained throughout delivery.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Ability to handle large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
