Role: Visionary Creative Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and innovative creative leader to spearhead our team. As a key member of the collective, you will be responsible for guiding a creative team to develop groundbreaking ideas that drive client reputation and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience at a reputable digital agency, with a proven track record of leading the production of creative assets across multiple media and channels. They will be experienced in creating assets for bought, owned, and earned media strategies, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can fuse global teams grounded in technology, digital innovation, and analytics to help clients solve unprecedented challenges born of technology-driven disruption. They will be knowledgeable about design tools, digital platforms, and media trends, and excel at networking, negotiation, coordination, and organization.

As a Creative Director at our agency, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding a creative team to develop breakthrough ideas that drive client reputations and brand engagement.
  • Co-developing creative strategies, overseeing ideation, and setting standards for all creative output.
  • BUILDING strong client relationships and championing innovative programs.
  • Generating ideas that resonate with audiences, work across channels, and meet or exceed client goals.
  • Translating briefs into clear creative visions for teams to execute across platforms and media.
  • Staying current on industry and cultural trends to bring unconventional solutions to the table.
  • Serving as a trusted authority for clients, enhancing the agency's reputation.
  • Mentoring and developing creative talent, fostering the growth of emerging leaders.
  • Collaborating with integrated teams to elevate campaigns from conception through completion.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maximizing team contributions.
  • Embracing strategic feedback and demonstrating value in client meetings and industry forums.
