Analytics Visionary

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director of Analytics to lead the development of our company's data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and create a high-performing analytics organization.

Job Description

The Director of Analytics will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Building and maintaining large-scale data systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business decisions.
  • Defining and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
  • Mentoring and leading a team of analysts and engineers to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in data and analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling data teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and data engineering.
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
