Senior Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Field Executive. As a Field Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and maintenance of our elevator and escalator units.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular maintenance and service visits to ensure the safe operation of elevators and escalators.
- Work within your defined geographical area, managing a portfolio of elevators and responding promptly to breakdowns.
- Liaise directly with customers to build strong working relationships and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Hold relevant qualifications for maintenance mechanics in your country.
- Have a valid driver's license (if required in your country).
- possess at least 6-12 months of experience in the elevator sector.
- Have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- Be a committed professional prioritizing safety, comfortable communicating with others, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
