Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in providing technical support for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IBM MQ and related systems.
  • Provide timely resolution to production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in application support, with expertise in IBM MQ, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, and Java.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in database administration.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows platforms, and Shell Scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
