Job Title:
Sr. Content Strategist

Athena Education seeks a highly creative and experienced content strategist to lead the development of compelling college essays and projects that showcase students' talents and passions. As a Sr. Content Strategist, you will work closely with students to understand their goals and aspirations, and then craft engaging stories that highlight their strengths and accomplishments.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with students and showcases their unique perspectives and experiences.
  • Collaborate with students to brainstorm and develop ideas for essays and projects that reflect their interests and passions.
  • Edit and revise content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and clarity.
  • Mentor and guide junior writers and editors to help them improve their skills and develop their expertise.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top college or university, preferably in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
