Role Overview

Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage client relationships and oversee the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely task completion.
  • Coordinate with team members to align client timelines and goals.
  • Support the team as needed, including research, content development, and event planning.
  • Attend client meetings, document key points, and follow up with clear action items.
  • Track all stages of the client journey, from onboarding to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of workshops, webinars, and other events.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records for all clients using internal tools.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of programs for school partnerships and clients.
  • Ensure effective and timely delivery of program content and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators and corporate partners.
  • Implement systems to monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead video calls and presentations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and accountable, with a proactive approach to follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in client management, education consulting, or mentorship is preferred.
