Lead Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Designer to spearhead the creation of visually stunning and user-centric experiences for our platform. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that align with our brand vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to craft compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and functional standards. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions.

  • Develop and implement design strategies that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize design initiatives.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media or sports platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and problem-solving approach.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve design goals.
