Job Summary

This role is designed for a talented designer who can bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand systems, visual hierarchy, and user-centric design principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate briefs into high-impact campaigns, ads, and digital creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Develop brand systems that communicate value and elevate brand perception through cohesive design solutions.
UI/UX Design Expertise
  • Design intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile platforms that prioritize ease of use and seamless user flows.
  • Own the full design cycle: wireframe → prototype → polished design, ensuring consistency and attention to detail at every stage.
  • Craft designs that consider edge cases, responsiveness, and user-centered decision-making.
Agile & AI-Enhanced Workflow
  • Collaborate in rapid cycles, driving design, shipping products, learning from feedback, and refining the design process.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative image platforms) to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and design iterations.
  • Bonus: ability to generate branded mockups, icons, and illustrations on demand using AI-powered design tools.
Requirements
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in both brand design and UI/UX capabilities, demonstrating versatility and range.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI design tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
  • Ability to balance speed with taste and attention to detail, delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
  • Experience designing for digital-first contexts (social, product, mobile, web), with a focus on creating engaging experiences.
  • A bias toward action, with a hunger to improve every day, driven by a passion for innovative design solutions.
