Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs from cross-functional teams.
- Maintain our website, micro-sites, and landing pages using WordPress, custom CMS, and Contentful.
- Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate user inputs.
- Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, and offer strategic solutions.
- Work closely with the global product marketing team to ensure proper execution of operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or relevant experience.
- 4+ years of front-end development experience.
- Good programming skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
- Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously.
- Able to develop ideas with focus on details and big picture.
- Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential.
