**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our team in various aspects of human resources. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in recruitment, training management, policy implementation, onboarding, and employee engagement.

  • Support the recruitment process by identifying, sourcing, and selecting top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with trainers to design and implement effective training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Work closely with the HR team to develop and communicate new policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop comprehensive induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Foster a positive work environment by planning and executing employee engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration and teamwork.

**Requirements:**

  • Fresher/Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for BBA/MBA.
  • Ability to work 5-6 hours a day, Monday to Saturday.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Honesty, transparency, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
