Expert Endpoint Security Solutions Specialist

HCLSoftware's BigFix business is a leading provider of endpoint management and security solutions, offering fully automated discovery, management, patch, and remediation across on-premise and cloud devices. Our solution has been trusted by 100,000,000 endpoints in 150 countries.
The successful candidate will assume a technical pre-sales and post-sales role for BigFix with clients, attending meetings to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution. They will be responsible for providing technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes, as well as delivering short-term BigFix professional services if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, organize, report for, and lead a team of Technical Advisor peers
- Determine technical and business requirements with potential clients and ensure necessary information is collected before producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Develop internal design configuration documentation, including network diagrams with technical explanations
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on current products and input on new products
- Foster productive relationships internally and externally, promoting teamwork through regular updates
- Perform technical development for solutions within a design and development framework
- Analyze business drivers and risks involved for customers
- Sell technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs
- Develop technical demos and enable product sellers
