What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to


  1. Identity and Access Management
  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions.
  • Develop and enforce Conditional Access Policies to enhance security posture.
  • Monitor and manage identity-related incidents and resolve authentication issues.


2. Endpoint Management

  • Architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise Intune solutions for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for endpoint provisioning, updates, and monitoring.


3. Policy Development and Compliance

  • Create and enforce device compliance and security policies using Intune and Conditional Access.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory compliance standards.


4. Troubleshooting and Support

  • Provide expert-level support for endpoint-related incidents, including application deployment, updates, and system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in MDM, MECM, and SCCM environments.


5. Collaboration and Training

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to IT teams on endpoint and identity management best practices

Requirement


Must-Have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft endpoint and identity management technologies.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, MECM, SCCM, and MDM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of modern security practices, including Zero Trust Architecture and endpoint security.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or equivalent preferred.
