- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT service management engagements to our customers.
- Key responsibilities include incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering IT service management engagements.
- Excellent technical skills in software technologies such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, and Windows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in ITIL concepts of IT Service Management and its application to IT Customer Support.
