Empowering Education Transformation

Join a pioneering initiative to revolutionize the education sector in India. As an M&E Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless program execution, monitoring, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate educational programs across districts to identify areas of improvement
  • Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact and inform data-driven decisions
  • Develop comprehensive reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Train and build capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the development team to leverage data insights and drive application innovation

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
