Technical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of an AI-powered solution. This role involves overseeing the architecture, technical roadmap, and production reliability while guiding a cross-functional team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining reference architecture for AI-powered solutions, selecting, training, and operationalizing NLP, anomaly/fraud models, and GenAI/RAG components. They will also implement experiment tracking, model registry, CI/CD for models, automated evaluation, drift monitoring, and rollback.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement: Define reference architecture for AI-powered solutions, including data pipelines, retrieval systems, and guardrails.
  • Model Development: Select, train, and operationalize NLP, anomaly/fraud models, and GenAI/RAG components.
  • Experiment Tracking and Evaluation: Implement experiment tracking, model registry, CI/CD for models, automated evaluation, drift monitoring, and rollback.
Skills Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML projects.
  • Tech Skills: Supervised/unsupervised modelling, anomaly detection, NLP (extraction, classification, NER), OCR pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph; embeddings; vector databases / Azure Cognitive Search (vector); prompt engineering & safety patterns.
  • Data Management: MLflow, model registry, online/offline evals, data/version management; CI/CD for models.
