Technical AI/ML Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Technical AI/ML Expert to join our Data Science & AI Competency Center. As a key member of our AI Engineering team, you will help us implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions into production, automate complex processes, and define reusable best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performing, scalable enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Machine Learning models into production.
  • Implement innovative automation solutions for scale and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage industrialized processing pipelines.
  • Define and implement best practices in ML model life cycles and operations.
  • Implement AI/MLOps frameworks and support data science teams in best practices.
  • Gather and apply knowledge on modern techniques, tools, and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations.
  • Present solutions, concepts, and results to internal clients.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life-cycle, and AI architectures.
  • Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development.
  • Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, preferably GCP.
