We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to provide Level 2 and 3 support for Linux systems in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

6+ years of experience in L2 support and 10+ years in L3 support

">Responsibilities
  1. Provide L2-level support for Linux in a mission-critical banking environment.
  2. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  3. Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
  4. Maintain high availability, performance, and security; participate in DR/BCP drills.
  5. Troubleshoot complex incidents and manage approved platform changes.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  7. Tune configurations and schedule jobs to enhance performance and reliability.
  8. Coordinate vendor TAC cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health.
  9. Demonstrate strong documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  10. Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
