Our organization is a fintech startup dedicated to revolutionising credit access for underserved communities by connecting individual lenders and borrowers together.
This innovative approach eliminates the need for intermediaries and offers highly customised and affordable loans compared to traditional lenders.
Established in 2008, our purpose-built technology platform has significantly improved timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. Recently, we pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have developed a unique model that differentiates us from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.
We are a passionate, mission-driven team with big dreams and are seeking a talented HR professional to lead our HR department and support our employees.
A strong people leader with excellent leadership, communication skills, and a proven track record in talent attraction and development is ideal for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external talent pipelines, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance to business leaders and teams.
- Performance Management: Advise managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
- Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
- Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
